Pet Bereavement Advisor

We require a caring person with sound administration skills to join our team in the Indvidual Cremations Department. The role involves arranging crermations for bereaved pet owners both over the telephone and in person. The qualities required are diplomacy, empathy and patience.

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel alongside having used a customer relationship management database would be advantageous.
