Book of Remembrance
CPC has designed four Book of Remembrance Packs with different designs. These designs can be downloaded and printed from our website. You can then personalise by adding a message, verse, drawing or photograph of your choice. The completed sheet(s) can then be sent by post to us where we will place it into our Book of Remembrance.
