About CPC

Established in 1979 by my father-in-law, Clive Jackman and myself, Ray Hale, CPC provides a range of pet cremation services for bereaved pet owners with sensitivity and respect.

Remembering loved ones…

From the beginning, Clive and I have said that each companion that comes into our lives and fills our hearts with warmth deserves to be remembered. However, we never imagined that we would meet so many wonderful people; hearing their stories of times shared with their pets reminds us of why we founded CPC.

At CPC, we understand the special bond between a person and their companion, which is why we extend our hands to you with warmth and compassion. When you feel the time is right this website will help support you and explain the farewell options available to you.

If you cannot find what you are looking for on this website you can telephone 01763 207700 and speak to a bereavement advisor who will answer any concerns you may have.

Please remember that nobody knows your pet better than you and the people closest to you; do talk through any decisions and share how you are feeling with your friends and family.

Ray Hale,
Co-Founder and Chairman

It was only a month before I had been to CPC Cambridge on a bereavement course, when I had to make the sudden decision to put my own cat to sleep. I took my boy up there myself. Your team were so kind from the phone call to arrange, to arrival, to taking his ashes home the same day. Having visited before and knowing the process meant I had full confidence in the service you provide, and am able to reassure my clients as well. It will be 3 years in September since he passed away and would have been his 15th birthday yesterday. Thank you for your kindness. I have kept the card with his ashes. Pippa
