We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19
Five Steps to Safer Working Together
CPC are able to confirm that all our crematoria have met the 5 steps set out by the UK Government to be COVID-19 Secure.
All our sites have submitted individual risk assessments utilising our guidance document to enable a review of current and future ways of working. By completing this process, we have demonstrated that we are fully compliant with the UK Government guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.
CPC continues to remain open, allowing pets owners to bring pets personally to our pet crematoria. We have had to introduce new procedures in order to follow government guidelines surrounding the situation of Covid-19. Unfortunately, as with immediate effect, we have taken the difficult decision to close our farewell room facilities to members of the public. We have not taken this decision lightly, as we know how important it is for pet owners to visit and use our Farewell Rooms to say their final goodbyes prior to cremation.
Therefore, if you would like to bring your pet to any of our crematoria for cremation, please see the following guidelines.
Arrival at CPC
Collection of your beloved pet ashes
We ask that you open your car door or the boot to your car in order that we can carefully place your beloved pet safely inside, allowing all parties to maintain social distancing as per the government’s guidelines.
Thank you for your help and understanding to help keep everyone safe at such a difficult time. Please be aware the situation is escalating quickly. Please contact your crematorium for latest updates and information.
