Saying goodbye to your beloved pet is never easy. At CPC we understand how you feel and treat every pet as we would one of our own family.
We understand that this is a very difficult time and send you our condolences. All individual pet cremations take place in our purpose-built cremators. Your companion will be placed into their own chamber to ensure that you will receive your pet’s ashes and only your pet’s.

We will collect your pet from the vet practice. However, you are more than welcome to bring your pet to one of our crematoria. You may also say your final goodbyes and attend the cremation if you choose.
Saying your final farewell can provide a great sense of closure.

We have dedicated rooms where you can see your pet. You will have time to say your final goodbyes and if you need, specially trained staff to comfort you in your grief.
Your pet’s ashes will be securely packaged and returned to either your home or veterinary practice.
We return your ashes to you in a beautifully presented casket or urn of your choice.
We have Gardens of Remembrance at our Cambridge, Tewkesbury and Livingston sites. The gardens have plots available for the interment of ashes. Please speak to one of our Cremation Advisors for further information.
CPC’s Farewell Planner is a way of writing down your wishes, like a will for your pet.
You can choose the services you want. Our planner will create a document for you to keep or take to your veterinary practice to put on file and refer to.
Our farewell planner allows you to plan ahead for the loss of a pet. Making decisions now can provide you with peace of mind and allow you to grieve uninterrupted when the time comes.
Some owners find comfort in creating a tribute to their pet. To commemorate the special bond you had.
Each of our crematoria has a Book of Remembrance, where you are more than welcome to leave a tribute to your pet. We provide specially designed writing sheets or you can us your own design. Once returned to us, one of our dedicated team will place your tribute in the book and photograph it for your records.
Alternatively, you can create an online Pet Tribute; the tribute will show on the homepage, tributes page and you can share it across your social media.
