Can you deliver outside of the UK mainland?

We accept orders from the UK, Southern Ireland or Channel Islands. For our purposes the UK includes England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

Orders from countries outside the UK will need to contact us on (+44) 01763 207700 to establish a price for the dispatch of the goods.

How long will it take to receive my item?

Estimated delivery times are stated for each product. For products requiring customisation delivery times are subject to the approval of artwork.

If your product is not in stock we will contact you regarding the expected delivery date.

CPC aims to deliver the goods within the stated delivery times. For deliveries outside of the UK, including Southern Ireland and Channel Island deliveries may take longer, and we cannot guarantee that the goods will be insured in transit.

CPC cannot be held liable for any claims arising from circumstances beyond our control which may impact upon delivery times, such as postal strikes, or the exact timing of delivery.

How will the order be delivered?

At CPC we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. All our products are securely packaged for protection.

All goods are dispatched using a courier service or the Royal Mail Special delivery service and must be signed for. Certain products are dispatched directly from our supplier.

It is important that you provide us with a suitable delivery address. CPC shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred should you be unable to make adequate arrangements to receive your goods.

What are your delivery rates?

Delivery charges are stated for each product, and include postage and protective packaging.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
