Our beautiful Cassieboo.
With us for just under eleven years and we missed less than ten days of your daily walks (and runs) in the parks in all that time.
Your attitude seemed to be “why walk if I can run.”
You loved everyone you met (especially children) and everyone you met loved you.
Bantock, East, Willenhall and Windsor Parks won’t be the same without you.
On hearing of your passing (and learning of your Kennel Club name) one of your many fans in the park said “she was magic – the best dog i’ve ever met”

Temporary Closure

We’d like to let our visitors know that our Cambridge site will be closed to the public on Saturday 11th July due to ongoing building works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
