Our sweet angel boy, coco. Our hearts are completely broken and we miss you dearly already. Home just isn’t the same without you our darling boy. After sixteen amazing years of memories and love with you, you decided that it was your time to cross rainbow bridge. I don’t think we will ever get over the fact that you are no longer with us and that we can’t smother you in kisses but we take comfort in the fact that you are now able to rest peacefully. If could have saved you, you’d have lived forever, because you were and still are loved soo dearly.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Saturday 4th April: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
