You were so loved from the moment we had you and we had Ten years of so much love and affection.
Our home will never be the same without your presence, we’re heartbroken.
We will all forever love and miss you, so much.
We will always smile when thinking about that beautiful sound of your purring or seeing you in your favourite spots happy and relaxed. The many times we would hear you zooming around the house when you used the little box- that always made us laugh!
There’s so many things we could say, you were our beautiful baby, we still can’t believe you’re not with us anymore but in time, when we have had time to grieve, we will think of all the happy memories we have of you, which will give us some comfort.
We can take comfort in knowing you’re not in pain and hopefully somewhere enjoying the sunshine.

Temporary Closure

We’d like to let our visitors know that our Cambridge site will be closed to the public on Saturday 11th July due to ongoing building works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Good Friday (3rd April): Closed

Saturday 4th April: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
