You weren’t just a dog, you were the family baby just fluffy. You are loved beyond words, nothing could have prepared us for your passing. The house is quiet without you barking, we keep shouting on you for cuddles then we realise you went over the rainbow bridge. You were one of a kind and one in a million ✨️ You went through everything with me, on my darkest days you’d come sit with me and lend me your paw, we had the most amazing years with you, thank you Marco for all the laughter, the joy, and the goffy moments, thank you for the loyalty and love you gave us along the way. You were our fluffy baby and I will forever cherish the moments we had together. Your human siblings are missing you the silence without you is lonely. They will forever cherish the memories you made together, the school mornings of you waking them up, the pool and beach days, the holidays to the caravan will always be remembered. You weren’t just a dog you are a family member always and forever 🩵🤍

We’d like to let our visitors know that our Cambridge site will be closed to the public on Saturday 11th July due to ongoing building works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Saturday 4th April: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
