It is with great sadness and pain like I have never known to say that at 5:38pm today My beloved Son, Soulmate and loving pet Oliver has crossed the Rainbow bridge….with a heavy heart I just wanted to say thanks you for EVERYONE that have supported Oliver and me in this hard journey on behalf of Oliver thanks you for all that you did…you made a BIG difference….. Oliver what can I say bro??? My little babaloo I’m going to miss you SO MUCH how I’m writing this I have no idea but from day one you have shown me what TRUE LOVE AND LOYALTY really is. I can’t thanks you enough for all the lessons I have learnt from you…I’m already counting down the second’s until we are together again but don’t worry I’m ok besides I have to look after your mother…Take care and don’t caused too much trouble up there please 🥺 I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY SOUL AND HEART, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MY LITTLE OLII POLLY WALLY. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH.

We’d like to let our visitors know that our Cambridge site will be closed to the public on Saturday 11th July due to ongoing building works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
 
Easter Opening Hours:
 

Good Friday (3rd April): Closed

Saturday 4th April: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
