Pres, our beautiful, loving, loyal boy. You loved us all your life and we’ll love you for the rest of ours. You gave us the best 15 years & 3 months of our lives and our hearts are truly broken. You were so much more than a pet, you were a best friend and got us through some of the toughest times. Our home doesn’t feel the same without you, there’s a loneliness and quietness that fills every room. You were so so loved by everyone who knew you and the most handsome boy ever. Rest easy now Pres. We’ll never stop loving or missing you. Don’t forget to wait for us at the door when we get there.

We’d like to let our visitors know that our Cambridge site will be closed to the public on Saturday 11th July due to ongoing building works.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
