You were definitely my easiest hello and my hardest goodbye. Your my bestfriend my companion my shadow and my soul dog. You were the best dog. From the minute I first saw you it was love. Youā€™ve been my rock for the past 10 years youā€™ve been there for me through miscarriage death love happiness and my first child who loves you dearly even though I knew he drove you mad lol. you fought hard in your last days and Iā€™m so proud of you Shyshy but I knew your body was ready. The silence is so loud without you I miss you terribly your sass your quirkiness you little side walk you did when you was excited and definitely the famous springer sprawl. Itā€™s been 13 days since I said goodbye to you and Iā€™ve struggled everyday since & I donā€™t know how to do this part without you and itā€™s gut wrenching šŸ’”. But I know now youā€™re at peace and free of pain. I love you so much Shylo Save a space for mummy & daddy at rainbow bridge šŸŒˆšŸ¾šŸ¶.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your petā€™s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries betweenĀ 2nd and 7th April inclusiveĀ over the Easter period.

As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.

For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (includingĀ PDSA clients), deliveries will resume fromĀ 8th April.
Ā 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.

If you are local to one of our sitesĀ and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrangeĀ collection of your petā€™s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
