24th June 2012 to 27th March 2025

On the 27th March we had to say goodbye to you Suki, our beautiful Epileptic Warrior. We were told we only had 3 to 4 years left with you after diagnosis but you soldiered on for 7 more years. You have brought so much love, happiness and laughter to all the family and our friends. Knowing you’ll be crossing the rainbow bridge with your mum Gucci who followed you 2 days later kind of makes it a little bit easier. We miss you so, so much and will love you forever. Sleep tight baby girl.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
