I’d like to think you and Alfie are running around together, chasing each others tails and fighting over who gets the big piece of chicken. I wish we could’ve had more time with you, though I don’t think any amount of time would be enough with such a loving, sweet boy. You and your brother made the world a brighter place, and while the world feels darker without you in it, having known you touched the hearts of so many makes me believe that light you provided will never dim.

I feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful cat in my life, I’ll always love you Bubbles. My little sweetheart, and my best friend, we miss you so very much.

Important Easter
Delivery Notice

To ensure the safe and respectful return of your pet’s ashes, we will be temporarily pausing all courier deliveries between 2nd and 7th April inclusive over the Easter period.
 
As courier services can be affected during this time, we cannot guarantee the prompt delivery standards we always aim to provide. Rather than risk ashes being delayed or held at courier depots, we feel it is more appropriate to keep them safely in our care until normal service resumes.
 
For families who have chosen to have ashes returned directly by courier (including PDSA clients), deliveries will resume from 8th April.
 
For all other families, ashes will continue to be returned to your veterinary practice as usual once ready.
 
If you are local to one of our sites and are expecting your pet’s ashes to be returned via courier during this time, you are also very welcome to arrange collection of your pet’s ashes. Please contact our team on 01763 207700 in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Saturday 4th April: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Easter Monday (6th April): Closed

From Tuesday 7th April: Open as normal (8:30am – 5:30pm)
