Out of all the friends who came and went over the years of my childhood to adulthood, you remained one of the most loyal and caring. In the times I felt the lowest, you were the spark that kept me on this earth. I never felt such heartbreak ever before till I lost you. I wish I hadn’t, you health was improving and you were doing so well. I hoped to spend at least another few years with you, but sadly that didn’t happen. All I can be glad for now is that you are not in pain, at home and laid to rest where you always have been. I miss you greatly and it’s not easy, but I kept your collar tag and wear it on my necklace in honour of you. You will always be loved and remembered by us all. My little angel. Tara. Sleep tight sweetheart, we will meet again in time.
