I had to let you go today,
Though I held you tight all the way,
My heart is broke,
I already miss,
Your tippy toes upon the floor,
Your loving smile through every door,
I don’t know what I’m going to do ,
without your love and presence too,
Making me proud in your own special way,
I wish you were here, I prayed that you’d stay.
